On this third observance of the International Day of Zero Waste, UN-Habitat put out a call for submission of zero waste good practices in fashion and textiles to be reviewed and recognized by the UN Secretary-General's Advisory Board on Zero Waste.

Proud to share that the United Wardrobe Project was highlighted by the UN Secretary-General’s Advisory Board on Zero Waste as one of three global initiatives, selected from over 220 submissions worldwide.

We donated 1,008 pieces of clothing to Mirror Foundation – marking our 13th sustainable giving action today! This donation helps save 10,800 kg of CO₂ and 4 million liters of water! 💧

We are thrilled to welcome KIS International School Reignwood Park as the third school to join the United Wardrobe Project!
November 23, 2024, we proudly marked the completion of our 11th round of this meaningful initiative.
This time, we collected and donated approximately 1,700 pieces of clothing, which will be sent to flood-affected communities in northern Thailand.

Today marks a historic day for the BPS Economist Club!
After many efforts and dedication, we are excited to announce the first successful expansion of the United Wardrobe Project to another international school.
Wells International School has officially joined our initiative, and we successfully delivered the United Wardrobe box.

During the ceremony, I had the chance to present my reflections on my community service over the past year to all the teachers, students, and parents who attended.

Career day!
The BPS Economist Club had the pleasure of inviting Samsung Thailand at our school's Career Day. Ms. Sue from Samsung Thailand delivered a very informative and insightful presentation. We had the opportunity to ask many questions about future careers, making it an invaluable experience for us to consider our career. Thank you so much for joining us!
Thanks to the Korean Embassy of Thailand, BPS Economist Club had the precious opportunity to visit UN ESCAP and learn about global environmental issues.

We are committed to raising awareness and engaging more people in environmental issues to ensure a sustainable future.
The BPS Economist Club joined the Impact Fair at school today. All school clubs participated to promote their initiatives. Many students visited our booth, subscribed to our website, and followed us on social media. It was a great opportunity to introduce our club's initiatives and engage with the student community.

BPS Economist Club had the privilege of presenting to the wonderful Year 5 students.
We gave a presentation about the impact of fast fashion on water pollution to over 160 students. They showed great interest and curiosity, asking insightful questions.

The IGCSE exams are not finished yet, but all the club members came to school on Saturday to sort and pack the donated clothing. Thank you so much for the team's hard work.

Year11 will be out of school until IGCSE exams end in June 14th, 2024.
During this period, Year 12 and Year 10 students will be responsible for daily tasks,
from collecting clothes to sorting them.

We are thrilled to introduce the United Wardrobe Store!
Our goal is to sell good-quality donated clothes to raise funds for essential items such as baby diapers and children's undergarments for those in need. Recognizing that these necessities couldn't be sourced from the donation box alone, we decided to organize fundraising specifically for these items.

Over the span of just two months, the overwhelming support from students and parents has propelled our collective efforts, resulting in the collection of over 1,000 pieces of clothing. This significant achievement is a testament to the power of small actions contributing to a more sustainable and conscientious future.
Thanks to your contributions, we've saved an impressive 12,772 kilograms of CO2 emissions and conserved 5,116,200 liters of water. These statistics highlight the tangible positive effects our community can achieve through collective efforts and conscious choices.
