The Israel–Palestine conflict stands as one of the most enduring and emotionally charged struggles in modern history. Rooted in both ancient connections to the same land and the turbulent politics of the twentieth century, it has evolved into a complex mix of territorial disputes, national identity, religion, and human tragedy. For more than seven decades, the conflict has shaped the Middle East and drawn the attention of the entire world, symbolizing both the depth of human division and the persistent hope for peace.

A New Economic Bloc on the Rise
At the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Tianjin, Chinese, Russian, and Indian leaders deliberated on their plans to create a new world with fewer dollars. Their proposals included a development bank, artificial intelligence research facilities, and new financial institutions for Global South states.
It is a straightforward idea: offer emerging economies more options than Western banks and currencies. If it succeeds, it could reshape global trade by shifting power to Asia and other emerging markets.
